All proceeds from this tournament go directly to the families of Star Bound Dance Company’s competitive dancers. We thank you so much for your support, making it possible for our dancers to do what they love!

Who You're Supporting
Our competitive team trains in multiple forms of dance, such as jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, acrobatic arts, and musical theater. They attend numerous high-level competitions in the Spring and wrap up the year with a recital in June. The cost of competitive dance can add up quickly, with exams, choreography fees, costumes, competition enrollment, and more. Our fundraising allows all team dancers, regardless of circumstance, to participate in performance and competition opportunities.

In their 2025 competitive season, our dancers did very well in all competitions, some routines receiving exceptional scores and multiple overall awards. But more importantly, they came together as a team. All ages and teams supporting each other and cheering each other on. Overcoming obstacles, showing great strength, resilience, and character, while bonding as teammates and friends. The developmental benefits our kids build through dance go well beyond artistic technique and skill. We are immensely proud of the dancers on the SBDC team—their talent, integrity, and poise.

Tournament Format & Prizes
The tournament is a Texas Scramble format (more about Texas Scramble is on the “Golfers” page) so your score is submitted as a team of four players together (no individual scoring).
Your team will play 18 holes after a shotgun start, and then join us for a delicious steak dinner with silent auction and prize presentations.
Several holes have special challenges and activities to keep things fun and a little bit competitive. Some challenges require golf skill, and some are more based on luck. There’s something for everyone, regardless of your skill level or experience!

Dinner & Silent Auction
The talented culinary staff at Collicutt Siding will treat us to a delicious steak dinner in the dining tent, where a silent auction will be set up for bidding. Our volunteers are working hard to curate some amazing prize packs for you to bid on over the course of dinner. We will make announcements prior to closing the auction to make sure you get a chance to submit your final bids for those coveted items!
All in all, the whole day is filled with fun, laughs, and good times with our SBDC staff, families, and supporters. Trust us, you’ll have a blast!
